Todd is an educator, writer, and speaker on life legacies, creating ethical-spiritual wills, building intentional leadership legacies in organizations, and communication between the generations. He is an experienced personal counselor, group facilitator, workshop leader, and organization development consultant.

With nearly 40 years in business, professional services, and non-profit organizations, Todd counsels people who aspire to leave lasting legacies that serve the well-being of future generations of their family, community, and the planet.

He has a Master's degree from Aurora University (Illinois) and a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Minnesota. Todd is a hospice volunteer with Cascade Hospice, a member of Partners to Improve End-of-Life Care, and volunteer development coordinator for the Emerald Art Center.
